My role as a certified health coach is to give clients the tools to grow into who they were meant to be. A healthy lifestyle not only consists of nutritious foods, but a healthy body and spirit. Each person is unique. My work is based on the concept of Bio-Individuality, not a one size fits all diet. I am here to support and guide my clients to optimal wellness.
